Training Event Returns

When a prospective attendee signs up for a FieldCraft Defense training event, a spot in the course is being saved for the attendee which prevents another individual from securing that spot as courses have a maximum student capacity.  Refunds are not available if you cancel within 60 days of the training date. Your tuition fee can be applied to a future class if you need to postpone 30 Days prior to the training date.  There are no refunds or postponements inside of 30 days from the event date.

An 80% refund of tuition is available if you cancel between 60-90 days prior to the training date. If you cancel with more than 90 days before the training date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.  If you purchased an event prior to a sale, or did not realize there was a sale, we do not offer retro-active discounts for courses, so we will be unable to provide you a refund for the difference. You may not cancel your event and re-sign up to receive a new discount code either. 

Package Deals & Group Discounts:  Package deals and group discounts are 100% non-refundable, at any time.  

Training Postponements:  If you request a postponement within the proper time-frame, you have 12 months to attend the same type of course.  Please note that if you postpone, once you’ve asked to be scheduled for a new course, there will be no further postponements or refunds. 

FieldCraft Defense does not cancel or postpone training events due to snow, rain, sleet, hail, wind or other naturally occurring weather conditions as they are conditions beyond our control.  In Colorado we regularly train in these conditions and feed it ads a positive dimension to the training in certain situations.  Refunds are not available due to these weather conditions.
