Course Details
PISTOLCRAFT LVL 1
This pistol course designed by Military and Law Enforcement instructors to focus on fundamentals of Pistolcraft with traditional or red-dot sighting systems. This course is the required range training for Colorado (CHP) certification. In this course you will learn to safely and effectively operate your pistol with confidence. Topics covered are firearms safety, weapons manipulation and operation, marksmanship fundamentals, tactical/ defensive shooting and much more. Instructors are Military, Law Enforcement, NRA certified and verified.
Gear required (contact for gear rental)
Pistol with at least 3 mags (no revolvers)
Concealed Carry or OWB (Duty) holster
250-300 rounds of factory FMJ ammo
Ear/Eye protection
Close toed, athletic shoes or boots
Not required but recommended:
Mag pouches
Spare optic batteries
Hat
This is an all-day course, please bring plenty of water, drinks, lunch and snacks as needed. A camp chair isn’t a bad idea for breaks.
PISTOLCRAFT LVL 2
This is a defensive and tactical pistol course with a focus on performance, deliberate and dynamic movement and problem solving. Topics covered are performance shooting, speed and vision, target transitions, cover & concealment, vison barriers, movement, and much more. Instructors are Military, Law Enforcement, NRA certified and verified.
